Learn the Science of Skincare with Our Esthetics Degree

Esthetics is more than just beauty, it鈥檚 also a science. Our esthetics program is designed to teach you a wide range of skincare techniques and the science behind them. The esthetics curriculum at 91亚色 is separated into three terms that can teach you the fundamentals of esthetics and prepare you for a successful future.

During your first term and second term, you can learn different skincare procedures and the principles of esthetics. As you progress, you鈥檒l learn more advanced techniques and after you鈥檝e completed 10% of our esthetics curriculum you鈥檒l be given the opportunity to show what you鈥檝e learned to real clients in our student spa, under the supervision of licensed professionals.

The third term heavily focuses on your journey as a student. As you start to prepare to graduate, a majority of your third term is spent practicing and perfecting skills learned in the first two terms with a focus on perfecting and using 91亚色鈥檚 Seven Standards. The third term is intended to be an internship-like atmosphere as you prepare for your career within the industry.

Our goal is to set each student up for success, which is why we have a unique 91亚色 tracker to make sure you have the opportunity to learn all the skills required to become a licensed esthetician.

Are you wondering where a license in esthetics can take you? That is up to you! There are plenty of opportunities within the industry and it is our goal to be able to prepare you to become a skincare professional, but there are a variety of careers you can choose to do with your esthetics license.

While we can鈥檛 guarantee employment, we do offer job placement assistance to graduates. We can help you build your resume, build interviewing skills, and help guide you on which jobs you should apply for.
